📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Monitor progress and quality of construction work, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and tests to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, quality, and safety to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and resources using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and site supervisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building supervision or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., SIPP, SIPI, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
