As a Payroll & Taxation Specialist at TaskUs, you'll work closely with our global team to process payroll for employees in various regions, including Indonesia. You'll use tools like QuickBooks, ADP, and SAP to manage payroll, while ensuring all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from Bali, combining your passion for finance with the beauty of Indonesian landscapes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing for employees across multiple regions, including Indonesia, using QuickBooks, ADP, and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll and taxation regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax filings, including monthly VAT returns and annual corporate tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll and taxation transactions.
• Provide support to the finance team in managing payroll-related queries and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and taxation laws and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll and taxation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and taxation, preferably in an international environment.
• Certification in payroll or taxation is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with payroll and taxation software, including QuickBooks, ADP, and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
