📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial and final interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, setting up employee accounts, and organizing orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records using BambooHR and other HRIS tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in using HRIS tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
