Our training programs are designed to cater to both beginners and experienced developers, ensuring that everyone can benefit from your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions on modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
• Create and maintain training materials, such as slide decks, code samples, and hands-on exercises.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients, whether they are beginners or experienced developers.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development to continuously improve the quality of your training sessions.
• Collaborate with the Flashcom Indonesia team to align your training programs with the company's goals and values.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainees to help them track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development or a related field.
• Proven expertise in modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React and Angular.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and maintain high-quality training materials, such as slide decks, code samples, and hands-on exercises.
• Experience in customizing training programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Proven track record of success in delivering training programs to clients in the web development industry.
