📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine new cocktail recipes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
• Create visually appealing and innovative cocktail presentations that enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with chefs and sommeliers to ensure a harmonious blend of flavors and ingredients.
• Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain and update our beverage menu, incorporating customer feedback and market trends.
• Train and mentor junior staff on mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of our beverage offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mixologist or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of creativity and innovation in beverage development.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, including shaking, stirring, and layering.
• Familiarity with various types of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with chefs, sommeliers, and other beverage specialists.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
