📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.
• Collaborate with management to address HR needs and improve workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and innovative organization.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
