As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition of our accommodations, ensuring that every detail is perfect. You'll work closely with our front office and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules, manage inventory, and address any guest concerns promptly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, utilizing tools like Housekeeping Management Software (HMS) to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management Software (HMS) and other relevant hospitality software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
