As a Programme Executive/Instructor, you will be at the heart of our mission, designing and delivering engaging, high-quality programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our learners. You will work closely with our team of professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where every individual feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of learners, from young adults to senior citizens, helping them to develop essential life skills, improve their literacy and numeracy, and gain confidence in their abilities. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching, and online learning platforms, to ensure that our programmes are both effective and enjoyable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality adult education programmes, tailored to the needs of our diverse learner base.
• Develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies to monitor learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where every individual feels valued and empowered.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure that our programmes are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching, and online learning platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in adult education, and incorporate relevant knowledge and skills into our programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, their families, and other stakeholders, to ensure that our programmes are well-received and have a positive impact.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Centre for Adults, by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education, teaching, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, engaging adult education programmes.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and practices, and the ability to apply them effectively in the classroom.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Certification in teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others, and a commitment to the principles of adult education.
