📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
