📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.,Lead the Legal department, ensuring all legal matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.,Manage the Internal Audit department, overseeing financial and operational audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Lead the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all departments.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and IT domains.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers.,Oversee the performance management and development of all department heads and key staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Accounting, IT, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar corporate environment.,Proven track record in managing HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and IT departments.,Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia.,Familiarity with IT systems and software, including ERP and CRM systems.
