📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
