Shine Port Lestari is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents.
  • Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support to the finance team in other accounting tasks as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Indonesian language skills are a plus.
