📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application and interview performance.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
