📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Facilitate the transmigration process, including registration, documentation, and settlement.

Provide guidance and support to transmigrants throughout the process.

Coordinate with relevant agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth transmigration activities.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of transmigration settlements.

Develop and implement community development programs in transmigration settlements.

Promote good governance and transparency in transmigration activities.

Provide training and capacity building to transmigrants and local communities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development or similar roles.

Strong understanding of transmigration policies and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Fluency in Indonesian language is required.

Knowledge of English is a plus.
