📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Prepare and dispense medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed dosages.,Conduct quality control checks on pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet required standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.,Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with essential medications and supplies.,Handle any complaints or issues related to pharmaceutical services promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
