📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the integrity of the audit process.,Provide strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Train and mentor junior audit staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record in leading audit teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in the industry.
