Oversee the daily operations and management of the company, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term success and growth of the company.,Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the company meets its financial goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.,Oversee the development and implementation of new products, services, and initiatives.,Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with the Indonesian business environment and culture.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
