Makmur Gilang Restaurant is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various laboratory tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our food safety and quality control processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.,Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to standard procedures.,Record and document test results accurately and promptly.,Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.,Participate in quality control inspections and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Support the laboratory manager in training and mentoring new staff.,Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the laboratory workspace.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
