📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems to improve efficiency.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and safety.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel between the office and warehouse locations.
