ORBIT Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the condition of the vessel, ensuring it is in optimal working order for safe and efficient operations.,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather conditions, fuel efficiency, and safety regulations.,Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew, including deck hands, engineers, and other support staff.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to maintain a safe working environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew schedules, and safety reports.,Communicate effectively with the company's management and other stakeholders, providing updates on operations and addressing any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with navigation software and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
