📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in performance management and appraisals,Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
