📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for operations and investments.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
