Leveraging your expertise, you'll conduct thorough vehicle assessments using specialized tools like the Vehicle Inspection Checklist and Vehicle Condition Report. Your daily tasks will involve visiting customer locations to evaluate vehicle conditions, negotiate loan terms, and facilitate loan closure processes.

As part of a dedicated team, you'll collaborate with our Field Support Team, Credit Team, and Legal Team to ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll build strong relationships with our clients, providing them with the support they need throughout the loan lifecycle.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct vehicle assessments using the Vehicle Inspection Checklist and Vehicle Condition Report.
• Visit customer locations to evaluate vehicle conditions and negotiate loan terms.
• Facilitate loan closure processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Collaborate with the Field Support Team, Credit Team, and Legal Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to the Field Support Manager on customer interactions and loan statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field support, vehicle assessment, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using the Vehicle Inspection Checklist and Vehicle Condition Report.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
