This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.,Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data to improve recruitment processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
