In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Machine Operator in maintaining and operating machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical operations and a commitment to safety and quality control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Machine Operator in setting up and operating machinery.,Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Perform routine inspections and repairs on machinery.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.,Assist in quality control processes to maintain product standards.,Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of machinery usage and maintenance.,Participate in training and development programs for new operators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mechanical operations.,Familiarity with basic machinery operation and maintenance.,Good knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Basic understanding of quality control processes.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Good communication skills in Indonesian.
