📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Coordinate with department heads and teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Handle administrative tasks and support the Section Head in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Support the Section Head in managing budgets and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
