Marymount Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Service Assistant to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in providing support and care to children in our Children's Home and Crisis Shelter. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide daily care and supervision to children in the Children's Home and Crisis Shelter.,Assist in the implementation of educational, recreational, and therapeutic programs.,Support the development of individual care plans for each child.,Monitor and report on the well-being and progress of children to the social workers and case managers.,Assist in the organization and coordination of group activities and outings.,Maintain a safe and clean environment in the Children's Home and Crisis Shelter.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with children in a social service setting.,Strong knowledge of child development and behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid first aid and CPR certification.

🛠️ Keahlian

Crisis intervention skills.Experience with child protection and safety protocols.Ability to work with diverse populations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with data collection and reporting.Understanding of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
