Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of staff.,Manage and oversee staff protection programs, including safety training, emergency preparedness, and risk management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to staff protection and wellness.,Provide leadership and guidance to the staff protection and wellness team, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address the unique needs and challenges of staff in the workplace.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness and staff protection programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Serve as a point of contact for staff members regarding wellness and safety concerns, providing support and resources as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to staff protection and wellness, incorporating new knowledge into the team's work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a staff protection and wellness role, with a strong background in human resources.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellness and staff protection programs.,Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to staff protection and wellness.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certifications in staff protection, wellness, or related fields are a plus.
