📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor security and ensure the safety of the premises.,Assist with cash handling and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to handle cash and financial transactions.
