As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the camp, activities, and local attractions.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including guest registration and check-in/check-out forms.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including guest accommodations and transportation.,Monitor and maintain the reception area's inventory, including supplies and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
