📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Overseeing the work of junior engineers and technicians.
  • Developing and implementing engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
