Cafe Joko Digital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our delivery operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 24.000.000 – Rp 28.000.000 per month, along with other benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery team, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor delivery routes and optimize logistics to minimize delivery times and costs.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and reliable transportation.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the operations team to improve delivery processes and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for deliveries.,Excellent knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with route planning and logistics software is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
