PT Kusuma Wisesa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating fleet operations efficiently.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and ready for use. Your role will also involve coordinating with drivers, managing fuel and maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles.
  • Manage fuel and maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle performance.
  • Provide regular reports to management on fleet operations and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to travel as required.
