Village One Jaya is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Kitchen Crew to join our team. We are a family-owned restaurant located in the heart of Gianyar, Bali, known for our delicious Indonesian cuisine and warm hospitality.

As an Assistant Kitchen Crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our Head Chef and Kitchen Crew to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assist in inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking ingredients and maintaining records.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
• Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
